ICPR 2017: the 24th International Conference on Production Research in Poznan

The 24th International Conference on Production Research will start on July 30,2017 in Poznan. The event is recognized to be one of the leading conferences promoting research in the fields of production research and industrial engineering, therefore the city of Poznan is especially proud to host this meeting.

The 5-day ICPR conference is organized every 2 years by the International Foundation for Production Research (IFPR). The event rotates on a regular basis between Asian, American and European cities. This year's edition will take place on 30.07-03.08.2017 and it is the first time when Poland has been given the opportunity to organize the meeting. The ICPR 2017 official host is the Faculty of Engineering Management of the Poznań University of Technology.







The scientific programme covers, among others, areas of advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies, sustainable manufacturing, manufacturing management, IT/AI for manufacturing and support and service processes.



The local organizer has also provided for the conference's participants, arriving at Poznań from approximately 40 countries, a broad programme of social events: sightseeing tours of Poznan and Poland, spouse programme and technical visits to local companies of manufacturing sector (e.g Volkswagen Poland or Brewery Lech Poznań).



Another amenity for delegates is a city information point, provided by Poznan Convention Bureau. The stand will be available throughout the entire meeting in the conference venue of Poznan University of Technology.
