Sorrir means "to smile"

In Portuguese, “sorrir” means “to smile”, which you are sure to do when you visit Sorrir restaurant, and feast on one of their vegan bowls filled with superfoods - natural, unprocessed, containing elements considered vital to the human body. Sorrir also serves gluten- and sugar-free cakes, high quality Brazilian coffee and fresh fruit smoothies. The young and passionate owners and creators of Sorrir will gladly share the story of what they serve and why. It is all delicious and super-healthy, by the way.

Sorrir is a place which works solely with superfoods - natural, unprocessed products containing components extremely valuable to the human body. A “super” product contains a given dose of vitamins, minerals, Omega 3 fatty-acids or bioactive compounds. The very long list of specially selected ingredients composed into tasty dishes is basically Sorrir’s idea of a menu.

“Sorrir” means “to smile”, which you are bound to when you have eaten one of many available vegan bowls, filled with superfoods - natural, unprocessed, containing elements vital to the human body. Most of you who know a little bit about Brazilian cuisine and culture are surely familiar with Acai berries - their properties have taken the world by storm, and they have become somewhat iconic in some parts of it.

Sorrir also serves gluten- and sugar-free cakes, high quality Brazilian coffee or fresh fruit smoothies. Ania, Maciej and Krzysztof - the young proprietors of the restaurant - run a small shop here as well, where the very superfoods used on the spot to prepare the dishes are readily available for purchase. These are mostly not attainable in most shops. The concepts for individual dishes are a result of not only the owners’ passion and experience, but also of their cooperation with renown dietary experts. “Some products, such as spirulina (a blue-green microalgae), are not too tasty all on their own, but we manage to find innovative and often surprising ways of serving them”, the owners assure us.

Are the dishes vegan? The cakes at Sorrir tend to be vegan; they are always sugar- and gluten-free, prepared with all natural ingredients. Other dishes served at the restaurant are 100% vegan. What is interesting, the cakes are no-bake - have you ever tried one of these before? All food served at Sorrir is available as take-away and, with surcharge, can also be delivered.
