Christmas Market Poznań Bethlehem 2019

We know this year plan for the Poznań Bethlehem. Check when to visit Poznań for pre-Christmas relax.

Poznań Bethlehem is an annual Christmas Market taking impressive space of two squares: Wolności Square and the Old Market Square. Again, decorated Paderewskiego street will connect them and the center of Poznań will be filled with smell of burned wood, delicious food and sounds of carols and laughter. Let’s remind that last year Poznań Christmas Market took place in a plebiscite by European Best Destinations for the best Christmas Market in Europe. Our city landed on high 6th position.

Where and when?

Poznań Bethlehem for a couple of years now is located in two places and each of them starts on a different day. So…

Wolności Square – as a first starts on November 16th so few days after Saint Martin Day

The Old Market Square – begins two weeks after which is November 30th.

The end of the market is planned for December 22nd.

And what can I find there?

During the market, as you can imagine, both squares will contain stolls with Christmas and not so Christmas products – handicraft, decorations. In many stolls you will buy useful Christmas equipment. Those visiting market just for leisure will be happy for little amusement park for kids and one of the most interesting elements – big wheel that gives an amazing, elegant panoramic view on Poznań. Hungry, of course, will find rich gastronomical zone and a hot wine.
A lot of additional events will take place. You can find them on  betlejempoznanskie.pl.
