Jadzia's heart - cheese from the family farm

Jadzia's Heart is a project that took shape during pandemic isolation. In a way, it has been in operation before, and lasted for almost 40 years. It was then that Mrs. Jadwiga, based on her mother's recipe, started making the first cottage cheese. Mainly for family, neighbors and friends. The first weeks of covid isolation gave rise to reflection. Family talks about working on the farm, traditions, cooking, ecology, and above all about what makes us happy in life. The difficult time became a new beginning. Thanks to Agata's determination, a representative of the third generation of women in the family, the cheese project gained a sharp momentum. Currently, our offer includes cottage cheese, glazed cheeses, cheeses similar in taste and structure to Korycin cheeses, feta cheese, camembert or pigda cheese. If you want to order something, please contact Agata through her Facebook profile. The goods reach the markets in many cities of Wielkopolska, so you will not have to make long trips. If you find time for such a trip, Agata will gladly welcome you at her farm and in her newly created shop.
