სასარგებლო რჩევები:

  • პოზნანი პატარა ქალაქია და მისი დათვალიერება ფეხით შეგიძლიათ, ასევე შეგიძლიათ ისარგებლოთ ველოსიპედების გაქირავების სერვისით (პირველი 20 წუთი უფასოა, დაწვრილებით იხილეთ აქ: check the details) ან საზოგადოებრივი ტრანსპორტით (ტრამვაი, ავტობუსი). დამატებითი ინფორმაცია იხილეთ აქ: More details available here

  • შაბათობით უმეტესობა მუზეუმებისა უფასოდ მუშაობს.
  • დიდი შოპინგ ცენტრებისა და სასურსათო მაღაზიების უმეტესობა მუშაობს კვირაში 7 დღე. ჩვეულებრივი სამუშაო საათებია ორშაბათიდან პარასკევის ჩათვლით 10-18, შაბათს 10-14. კვირა დასვენების დღეა.

  • ლუდი პაბში ან ბარში: 6-10 PLN (3,50-6 GEL)

  • წყალი (0,5 l) მაღაზიაში: 1,5-3 PLN (1-2 GEL)
  • ნამცხვარი კაფეში ან რესტორანში: 8-15 PLN (4,5-9 GEL)

გაფრთხილება!

  • გთხოვთ გადასვლელზე გადადით როდესაც შუქნიშანი მწვანე ფერს აანთებს. თუ ამ წესს დაარღვევთ და პოლიციამ დაგიჭირათ მოგიწევთ ჯარიმის გადახდა 50 დან 300 ზლოტამდე, რაც დაახლეობით 30 დან 130 ლარამდეა) 
  • არ დაგავიწყდეთ საზოგადოებრივ ტრანსპორტში თქვენი ბილეთის გატარება. ჯარიმა 140-280 ზლოტი (82-165 ლარი).
  • მოწევა მკაცრადაა აკრძალული საზოგადოებრივ ადგილებში (ბარებში, რესტორნაბში, ოფისებში, ავტობუსებისა და და ტრამვაის გაჩერებებზე). უმეტეს შემთხვევებში შეგიძლიათ მოწიოთ გარეთ. 
  • ალკოჰოლის დალევა აკრძალულია საზოგადოებრივ ადგილებში. (ქუჩები, სკვერები და ა.შ)
  • არ შეუკვეთოთ „თურქული ყავა“ პოლონურ კაფეებში. მას ძალიან საშინლად აკეთებენ (2 კოვზი ყავა და ცხელი წყალი) და დაახლოებით ასე გამოიყურება: this.  საბედნიეროდ არ შეგექმნებათ პრობლემა, თუ შეუკვეთავთ ესპრესოს, ამერიკანოს, კაპუჩინოს და სხვ.

What we provide within the project:

  • Sodexo Lunch Pass (It can be used to pay for meals in restaurants and grocery stores. Card is valid for the entire stay in Poznań and its status will be constantly updated. Account balance can be checked in an ATM and online using the website. More details.)

  • laptops with appropriate software (available during workshops)
  • insurance (provided by Kutaisi City Hall)

 

Helpful tips:

  • Poznań is rather “compact city”, which means you can explore it on foot. But you can also use a bike rental system (first 20 minutes are for free, please check the details) or public transport (trams or buses). More details available here.
  • You can finds lots of brochures, maps and folders for free download here.
  • Most of the museums are available for free on Saturdays.
  • Most of the big shopping centres and plenty of grocery shops are opened seven days a week. Regular working hours for shops are: Mon-Fri - 10-18, Sat - 10-14, Sun - closed.
  • There is one orthodox church in Poznań. See details on the parish website.
  • Currency exchange points are easy to find and safe. Not all of them will accept Lari (GEL). All of them will accept Euros or American Dollars. 1 GEL is around 1,70 PLN
  • Please take swimming suits and flip-flops with you.

  • bottle of water (0,5 l) in a shop: 1,5-3 PLN (1-2 GEL)
  • cake in a café or restaurant: 8-15 PLN (4,5-9 GEL)
  • chocolate bar in a shop: 2-5 PLN (2,20-3 GEL)
  • Coca-Cola or juice (0,2 l) in a bar or café: 4-5 PLN (2-3 GEL)
  • coffee in a café: espresso 5-6 PLN (3-3,50 GEL), cappuccino 7-10 PLN (4-6 GEL)
  • tea in a café: 5-9 PLN (3-5 GEL)
  • loaf of bread: 2-4 PLN (1,5-2,5 GEL)
  • pizza (very popular in Poland): 17-30 PLN (10-18 GEL)

 

Watch out!

  • You are allowed to cross the street only on pedestrian crossings and on a green light. If you get caught by the police for crossing the street in forbidden place you will be obliged to pay a fine (from 50 to 300 PLN, around 30 to 130 GEL).
  • Don't forget to validate your public transport ticket and have it always with you! Fine may vary from 140-280 PLN (82-165 GEL)
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in public spaces (including bars, restaurants, offices, bus and tram stops etc.). In most cases you are allowed to smoke outside.
  • Drinking alcohol is prohibited in public spaces (streets, city squares etc.)
  • Do not try to order kawa po turecku “Turkish coffee” in Polish cafés. In Poland it means something, which looks more or less like this and it's awful (two spoonfuls of coffee and plain hot water). Luckily enough you won't have any troubles with ordering decent espresso, americano, cappuccino etc. :)
