Dog parks

For urban dog owners, over a dozen fenced dog parks have been created in Poznań. There, your pup will have the opportunity to run free and play with other dogs.

All dog parks have rules which you have to abide by. Individuals letting their dogs in the park are held fully liable for their dogs’ behaviour in accordance with the Polish law. It is allowed for dogs to be off lead and without a muzzle only as long as they cannot leave the dog park premises and solely if the guardian is present inside the dog park. Dogs of breeds commonly considered aggressive as well as mixes of such breeds and other dogs which may pose a threat to their environment are not permitted inside the dog park.

Dog guardians are obliged to:
– immediately clean up after their dogs,
– close the gate behind them,
– use the equipment, benches and dog waste bag dispensers correctly and in accordance with their intended use,
– immediately report any damage to or malfunctions of the infrastructure, in particular of the fence and the gate, to Municipal Police (Tel. 986) or the administrator of the park.

Individuals under 18 may not stay in the park unsupervised.
